Chihyun Park is a professional business coach, leadership trainer, and organisation development consultant. He has skills, insights and experience in executive coaching, cross-cultural coaching, leadership development, and organisational development interventions for large multinational companies. He has worked for global Korean companies and across a broad range of industries.
Prior to becoming a dedicated coach, he worked in a range of local, regional, and global HR & OD roles in Syngenta, a leading multinational agriculture company, and CJ Corporation, a global Korean company, based in Singapore and Korea.
This foundation provides Chihyun with fundamental insights in Organisation & People Capability Development, Leadership & Coaching, Leading & Managing Change, Org Design and Cross-Cultural Management.
